Had an issue with one of my cameras that seemed to be stuck in “updating” according to the flashing light and tech support. So, they sent me a replacement. First thing I noticed when I got it, it had a differant viewing program. But after putting it on my network, ALL of my cameras began to lag and on several instances the recording is blacked out or show on the activity screen but are simply not there.
Loved RING at first. Probably have well over a grand invested at this point. Debating changing to a more reliable camera system.
Anyone else having the same or similiar issues?
