how can I get the camera to record events for a longer time?
Hey @patioplants. Depending on the type of Doorbell you have, our battery operated Doorbells have a max of 30 seconds for the recordings, and our hardwired Pro has a 60 second max for the recordings. You can activate and answer the Live View at any time, and as long as you have pressed the green phone icon, the Live View can go on for as long as 10 minutes if it is not timed out from your screen going dark, being ended by yourself, or a loss of connection on your device you are viewing it from.
