When a motion alert is triggered the alert notification does not arrive at the same time on two devices for shared users, even when the devices are in the same house, even in the same room. My recent experience was a delay of 1 minute between devices. The device (user A) received the notification within a few seconds of the motion. The second device (user B) did not receive the alert for another 1 minute.
Hi @SJCWorthing. Since one of the devices is receiving the notification on time, it sounds like it may be a problem with the device that is having the delay. For the device that’s experiencing a delay, try uninstalling the Ring App on it, restarting the phone or tablet completely, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically resolves notification problems, alongside ensuring the phone has a good wifi or mobile data connection.
