Lock delay

I have noticed that the Ring alarm will immediately set the alarm to Away mode when locking the door with a compatible lock instead of triggering the alarm count down.

While I like the option, I have a door sensor in the garage that gets triggered everytime I was from the front door to the garage. Any chance such delay could be happening as well when arming through a lock?

Hi @vncz. Can you please verify your Entry and Exit Delay settings in the Ring app? Feel free to share a screenshot of what they are set at for the Away Mode and Home Mode. I’d be happy to check with my team what the intended behavior is for this feature.
