I’m using my front door video ring (I only have this one camera) to monitor conditions during hurricane Ian. But the video freezes and I have to re-connect it seems every 15 mins or so? Any ideas?
Hi @Rayj00. Sometimes internet connections can be adversely affected by severe weather, such as a hurricane. You can also check the RSSI of the doorbell, which can be found in the Ring app under the Device Health section. If you have a low RSSI, you may need to add a Chime Pro or WiFi extender to your setup to improve the connection. I hope this helps!
