I cant get live view to load
Nearly same here mate, after latest update not charging and loading live view takes ages saying phone connection weak , phone is running 100mbps+
Hi neighbors! When receiving the message regarding phone connection, there may be several factors to consider for mobile phone operation. The best first step to improve live view connection is to, of course, ensure your Ring device’s RSSI, or wifi signal connection, is sufficient.
Once you’ve confirmed wifi is strong, the next resource to check would be mobile phone connection. I recommend testing video connection with your mobile device connected to wifi only, and then on cellular data only, to see if one connection is better than the other. Please also ensure to disable bluetooth, VPN, and any apps running in the background. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app could improve functionality as well. I hope this helps!
