Live view works in Dashboard but not in Live View as such

Live View works fine from the Dashboard for my Ring Pro 2 doorbell and wireless security cam - but it just gets stuck on "Loading" when I tap to get Live View. My WiFi speed is fine, signal strength is good, Device Health is good. The same happens on the Rapid Ring app too

Hi @a0afe721fe09729d865a6f100e575d. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell Pro 2? I'd recommend checking the RSSI first, which you can read more about in our [Community Post](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) on the topic.
