Live View will not connect on wifi

I am unable to use Live View when at home on my iPhone or iPad via Wi-Fi. RSSI is -59 and I can confirm they are using the same network. Mobile data is turned off to confirm it is not that. It just says to is connecting until it fails and asks to retry.

Hi @Deben. It sounds like the root of this problem is with your phone’s connection to the wifi, as the Live View works when you’re on mobile data. Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App before testing out the Live View again. You may also want to try the Rapid Ring App to see if that works on wifi, as it is designed to allow you to quickly answer notifications and access Live View.
