I purchased a ring stick up cam to use in my store for security. It worked fine for one day. The next day now all of a sudden I can’t view any live feed. I was hoping that maybe today would be better, nope still nothing. I’ve gone through the forums I’ve tried all the tricks, it’s not a Wi-Fi issue the speeds are fine, I’ve reset my phone, I’m at a loss and to be honest pretty aggravated. The store opens on Sunday and I’m going to need a camera that actually works. Is this a widespread issue, what else can be done?
Live View connection is often related to WiFi or mobile device variables. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
