Hi, I have a problem with live view on Ring Floodlight camera, on app shows “Streaming error”, buy RSSI is Good (50) & wifi strength good, how fix it?

Good call on checking the [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. If possible try moving the router closer to your Camera. I hope this helps! :)

Wifi speed is good download 15mb/s upload 20mb/s, vpn not enabled
