hello everyone,
it worked fine till yesterday. yesterday my ring peephole stopped to show live view it activates device all time i access live view. wifi signal ok (distance between wifi and ring camera 1 meter) also battery is fully charged. reset did’t helped.
any suggestion regarding such issue?

If the solutions there are not helpful, you may try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. This can often resolve concerns similar to what you’re experiencing.
