Hi @Matti-82. To clarify, does the Live View take several minutes to load, or are you receiving notifications of visitors at your door late? When you access Live View, it should only take a few moments to pull up, depending on your internet connection and the signal your Ring is receiving. If possible, can you please share a video example of the recording missing the visitor? When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as Youtube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated. This will give me a better idea of what you're experiencing.

The missed ring recordings are fine. We get those and can see the person ring the doorbell. When we try and answer in live view it takes some time to load and by the time it’s loaded the person has long gone. Here is an example from Saturday. When I select live view any time other than a bell push it takes about 3 seconds to load. (This was accessing remotely from 4g on my phone). The RSSI is -55 which is ok, not amazing but ok. Our broadband speed is 300mbps and I can get about 270mbps over WiFi via Speedtest.net the 5g spectrum and about 80mbps on the 2.4g spectrum.

@Matti-82 Thanks for taking the time to share that video example. If you're finding that the Live View is taking some time to load when answering notifications, you may want to try out the [Rapid Ring App](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028023571-Rapid-Ring-App-Information). The Rapid Ring App is a companion to the regular Ring App and it's designed specifically with accessing Live View and answering notifications quickly. I'd also suggest uninstalling the regular Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App to see if that helps.
