I have several stickup cams, all are trouble free but one. It records motion and events, but will not go live from the ring app on either of our iPhones or my iPad. It will go live from a web browser. I have done a reset without any change. Anyone have any thoughts?

Hi @John4337. When completing a reset, make sure you are pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds and then reconnecting it to your wifi. You also want to try rebooting your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. Double-check that your Camera has good signal strength as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
