Hi I recently bought a ring for my friend who lives 2 doors down from me! I set her account up for her as I have a ring doorbell. I am puzzled as to why her live view time is 6hrs behind our local time. The camera records in our time zone just not live view.
Has anyone experienced this as any help is appreciated

Hi @user66488. I was able to find this Community post where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a solution, with steps to try and what to do if they do not help. I do see that your concern is with the time on the Live View, but the steps in the solution apply to your concern as well.
