Check your mobile device to ensure there is not a VPN enabled. I recommend also checking out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. If possible, bring your Video Doorbell closer to your router as a test, to see if the status improves.

I spoke to ring support on the phone they said there is a problem with UK servers, when are they going to be working fully again my setup has worked OK for two years till now.
