My ring doorbell is indicating it’s “offline” when trying to live view but everything else still works live motion recording etc. I’ve rebooted everything and also reconnected, please help
Check your mobile device to ensure there is not a VPN enabled. I recommend also checking out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. If possible, bring your Video Doorbell closer to your router as a test, to see if the status improves.
I spoke to ring support on the phone they said there is a problem with UK servers, when are they going to be working fully again my setup has worked OK for two years till now.
