I can no longer use Live View on my Ring Pro door bell, Ring Spotlight Cam, or Floodlight Cam when my phone is connected directly to the Google WiFi mesh network (same LAN subnet as the Ring devices). This only happens when I’m on my home Google wifi network. If I connect to the internet using only my cellular network Live View works fine on my phone.
I tried configuring port forwarding on the Google WiFi firewall for the SIP and Ring ports but it didn’t make any difference. Does anyone using Google WiFi have trouble accessing Live View?
