I see this has been a problem for years with Ring. I have read several threads on this and nothing seems to fix the problem. It was working fine then it stopped. This seems to be like a Arlo, where they introduce random bugs to get users to update their plans to more expensive ones. There is enough evidence for a class action lawsuit because Ring doesn’t seem to have solved the problem and only their bot is responding to these threads.
