Live View not working on any device

My Ring Doorbell will not connect to Live View from any device. I have a single Google Mesh Wifi Router connected to my Verizon Router to expand my Wifi signal to devices which may be a bit far from my Verizon wireless router in my basement.
Is this the reason why I can connect to Live View?
I’m not sure if there’s a Live View connection conflict because I’m using a Google Mesh Wifi router…
Any ideas on what the issue may be? Thanks in advanced.

Hi @mjmpro007. I’d recommend checking the signal strength for the Video Doorbell to see if it’s receiving a strong signal. If the wifi signal looks okay, then it could be some settings within the mesh network itself. Ensure that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open, and try creating a guest network that is only 2.4GHz to connect the Doorbell to.
