Live view not working HELP!

Good afternoon all,

Hoping someone can help. Ive had a video ring doorbell for over 12 months now and live view simply doesnt work.

Ive rebooted, removed and re added to our wifi. Ive ensured all is updated and even changed broadband providers to fast fibre.

Simply get ‘can not connect to live view’

Hi @user71463. If your wifi router is dual-band, try creating a guest network using only the 2.4GHz network. Then check that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your router.
