Live View not working for 6-8 weeks

i have the paid ring subscription and about 1-2 months ago my live view stopped working on all 4 cameras (1 doorbell). i was on tech support phone call 2 weeks ago and they said it was an issue on ring’s end since “rapid ring” app shows live view but the actual ring app doesnt. the tech said ring would have it resolved within 48 hrs but it’s still not working after 2 wks. again it’s not an issue with my phone or my batteries but on ring’s end. we trouble-shooted all we could already.

how can i get live view working again from my ring app? it’s really getting frustrating; i have been trying to be really patient. thanks.

If the Rapid Ring app is working for you, this is a great sign that your Ring devices are working as intended. Try another mobile device entirely, if possible, as this will rule out many mobile device variables. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
