Live view not working doorbell 3

Just upgraded from the original doorbell to version 3. Managed to get the connection sorted eventually by using 2.4 signal, sometimes it drops out. However even when the connection is online and has a decent signal live view will just not work, this is on two iphones or a web browser. Really disappointing since I’ve upgraded to what is now an inferior system, anyone have any tips please let me know, thanks

Hi @user24267. What is the RSSI for this device? This can be found in the Ring app under the Device Health menu. I would also check and make sure that your Ring device is using the correct ports and protocols, found here. When connecting to Live View, are you on WiFi or cellular data? Thanks, neighbor.
