For about a month live view no longer works in the ring app. I can only access it through rapid ring. It worked perfectly for for over a year. I have 3 cameras and a doorbell. Same issue on all. RSSI is fine with no connection issues. If I start live view I would get a trouble connecting message. More recently I just get a blurred image. If I stop live view them recording is immediately available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Issue persists.
Great job checking your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, as it is best to ensure for optimal wifi signal. I recommend trying out the Rapid Ring app, designed for the quickest access to live view. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
