I haven’t been able to look at live view on my ring app for over 8 months. I have redownloaded everything along with upping my speed on internet. I worked one day in April 2021 and haven’t worked anymore. Do I just need to purchase a new device
Hi there, @Lperry! Are any videos viewable from your device? If you are subscribed to a Protect Plus plan you can view your event history which will show motion events and successful live view attempts. This will be a great way to confirm if the Ring device is operating video as intended.
I recommend trying out the Rapid Ring app, designed for optimal access to live view. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
