Live view in portrait mode

Good day everyone,

i recently installed two stick up cams and when i go check the live view, one camera comes up in lansdscape mode, like its supposed to, the other one comes up in portrait mode and zoomed in and will only go into landscape when i flip my phone, i’ve checked the settings but theres no option to set it to default landscape. Any tips??

Hi @ChrisL1982. I would first check to ensure that your Ring app is up to date. Next, make sure that you device has the most current firmware installed, which you can find in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. This should help with your Live View concern.

I’ve checked both. App is up to date and the cameras are too. So what’s next?
