My ring doorbell pro works, as long as I’m not at home and connected to my home’s WiFi.
I can see previously recorded clips, but can’t see the live view, unless I disable WiFi on my phone.
I also have a chime Pro, and am using an AirPort Extreme Time Machine 2nd generation, as my Wireless (supports ABGN, dual radio for 2.4 and 5GHz simultaneously)
Sounds like a connection issue. Wifi is likely not strong enough.
If the WiFi connection isn’t strong enough, why does it work when I’m not home?
Wifi signal at your home needs to be strong enough to do live stream properly. The fact that you can see live stream just fine using mobile data means your device is working properly. Same thing happened to me when my own wifi signal is weaker (RSSI is in the the 50s and 60s). You might want to contact support through chat to get to the bottom of it. I’m just telling you what they told me after contacting them twice about the issue.
