For some reason, my live view doesnt auto-load when my door bell is pressed. I already triend to disable-enable the Ring Skill, linked my accounts and rediscovered all devices.
When I give instructions such as “Alexa, show front door” - it works well. But when i press the doorbel, it just give the announcement “someone is at the Front Door’ but it doesnt show live view.
Hi @ETank. I was able to find this Community post where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a solution with a link that takes you to a Help Center page that provides troubleshooting steps to try. The solution also lets you know what to do if those steps do not work.
