live view and notifications

Hi All

New to ring, i have set my door bell up and its saying online, but i cannot see live view and when i press the door bell i do not get any notifications, even though all seems ok and tick on my Iphone

Please Help

Hi @Dazh63. Could you try removing the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the app? Doing this may help enable the notifications to come through for you and help you access the Live View. After you reinstall the app and log in, try giving your Doorbell a ding to make sure you get the push notification and can see the Live View!
