My doorbell camera won’t activate a live feed anymore. Should I disconnect it and reactivate it? This a wifi only. Not hardwired.

Hi there, @Carioca305! Live View concerns are often related to wifi variables. Check out our [Community post about RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) for tips on optimizing wifi signal. The next best step is to check mobile device connection variables. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device, and try out wifi connection only or cellular data connection only to see if one is better. I recommend also giving the [Rapid Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028023571-Rapid-Ring-App-Information) a try, as it is designed for the quickest access to live view.
