My doorbell camera won’t activate a live feed anymore. Should I disconnect it and reactivate it? This a wifi only. Not hardwired.
Hi there, @Carioca305! Live View concerns are often related to wifi variables. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal. The next best step is to check mobile device connection variables. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device, and try out wifi connection only or cellular data connection only to see if one is better.
I recommend also giving the Rapid Ring app a try, as it is designed for the quickest access to live view. I hope this helps!
