Live video not working

Hi neighbours,I've been using the Ring Stickup Cam Battery for 3 days now. After one day I started having troubles with the live feed. I mostly use the camera for live feed because the motion detector doesn't work behind glass. Now when I try to see the live feed it gets stuck on the loading screen. When I reopen the app I see that the cam has recorded the time I waited for the loading but I never see the live feed. I've reset the cam numerous times and tried two different WiFi networks. How can I fix this?
