Live screen

Hi,

I tried to see the live screen but it won’t deliver the live screen instead just saying “activating device”. I thought it is my Wi-Fi issue but I’m doubt it because I can see the live screen request history and video clip in my account history in ring.com. I’m thinking there is some issue on ring android app. Using Ring video doorbell

Hey @leooh! You can check on your device’s connection strength (RSSI) in the Ring app by visiting the “Device Health” section for your Video Doorbell. Check out this Community post to see if your RSSI is good.

If your signal strength looks good, the next best step would be to uninstall and reinstall the app. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
