My spot cam iisonline but suddenly they will take time to connect or say offline but it’s not. There’s time it will not record. Plus when on dashboard it’s not showing recent it will either be hours ago sometimes the day before.

Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and powering it back on.
Verify that your Camera has good signal strength.
Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
