little to no volume

ever since I switched to a new phone I cant answer my doorbell. When I do answer it all I see are lips moving and no sound. All sound setting are up all the way on my device. This is a ring pro that was a warranty swap due to the device failing. It works fine on my wife’s phone but not mine.

Please remember to accept permissions such as audio/ microphone. As it sounds like audio is the only concern, I recommend also checking mobile device volume settings and turning off bluetooth.
