I have a video door bell that has worked great with my iPhone. Now I want it to work with my iPad also. When I try to put my existing email account in my account settings it tells me that account is already in use. Doh! Well yes. It’s me. It doesn’t then give me any clues as to how to link to that account that is already in use
Hi @user28479. From what you’re describing, it sounds like you have two different Ring accounts - one on your iPhone and one on your iPad. You can’t link multiple Ring accounts together, an email address can only be associated with one Ring account. You can sign out and sign into the correct Ring account on your iPad by selecting Sign Out under Account Settings.
