The best first step will be to fine tune your wifi signal strength, in which our [Community post](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) has some great tips on doing so. As a test, try bringing your Ring device inside, near your router to test live view. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
