Lights
The lights on my floodlight security camera are nearly out. So dim that at night the camera works better if the lights are off. Do the bulbs burn out? If so, where can I get replacements? If not, What could be the issue?

Hi @DavidGrote. If the lights are dim on your Floodlight Cam, there's a few things you can try to fix them. First, try removing power from the Floodlight Cam for 3 minutes, then reconnecting power. Next, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. This will cause your Cam to reboot and it takes about 1 minute. This should cause your lights to restore to their original brightness. Also, make sure the brightness in the Ring app is turned up. This is under Device Settings, then Light Settings. If this doesn't improve at all, **please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
