Both of my floodlight cameras went off-line, and I was only able to reconnect one. My second floodlight cam, when I go to hard reset it, the flashing white light never comes on and I cannot start the reconnecting process. I do have it hardwired and there is electricity going to the flood as the flood lights continue to work. What options do I have here?

If your Camera is no longer entering setup mode to go through reconnecting it to your wifi, I would also try a power cycle of the Camera by shutting off the power to it for a minute and turning it back on.
