Lights flickering from floodlight pro

The lights from the floodlight pro has been flickering non-stop. We have to turn off the main switch for it multiple times.
In the end, we are not using the floodlight pro.

Hi @Pamie. If the lights on your Ring Floodlight Cam are flickering, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this.

  • Power cycle your Floodlight Cam by disconnecting it from power for about 1 minute before reconnecting it to power. You can do this by shutting off power at the breaker.
  • Reset your Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After this reset is complete, set the Cam back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
  • Consult a qualified electrician to check the wiring and ensure there are no loose or frayed wires that could be causing the light to flicker.
