Light's but no camera

I bought a house with installed ring flood lights. I set the 1st one up no problem. The 2nd set the lights are on all the time. I tried scan and add the device. The light’s under the camera will not blink. I have hit the reset button several times.

Hi @Charlesparzyck. The lights on the camera will remain on until the camera has been setup correctly in the Ring app. Try performing a reset on the device by pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds, then release. This should allow your camera to enter Setup Mode.
