My neighbors had multiple vehicles (across multiple neighbors) vandalized overnight, and two of the vehicles are in direct line of sight of my Rings. However, it didn’t set off the motion alert. I thought maybe I could scroll through the overnight footage and lighten it, but I can’t do it on my phone and there doesn’t seem to be a way to scroll on the computer. (Police have been informed of this footage possibility but haven’t done anything yet.) Is there a way to do this or anything I can do to make this easier? The cameras definitely would’ve seen it happen, they just didn’t trigger.
It could be that it was outside of the motion zone to trigger. There is no way to lighten the video within the Ring App. Personally, I would still send them anything you have…
