Light Schedule on Spotlight Cam Solar Not Followed

Light schedules not followed, have one set for lights off starting at an offset of 30 minutes before dusk until 10pm but lights still activate from motion during this time. Second schedule is for lights off starting at 5am-Dawn but lights still activate from motion during this time. iOS 15.3, iPhone 13 Pro Max, App version 5.48.2, Ring Spotlight Cam firmware is up to date, RSSI-56, battery 100%
