light on but door bell not connecting to Internet

my ring doorbell has a white circle on it, its not recording, connecting to the Internet or resetting, can anyone please help me x

Hi @Tillystevo34. A white light that pulses on your Doorbell indicates that it is in idle mode. I’m not sure what Ring device you have specifically, but the way to reconnect it is generally the same. You’ll want to hold the Setup Button down for 20 seconds to reset the Doorbell. Once the Doorbell is reset, follow the instructions outline in this Help Center article here to reconnect it to wifi. Once it is reconnected, it will start recording again.
