I have two spot light battery cams outside. The one in my backyard only one of the two lights are working. It is only a few months old. I thought it might be a battery problem but just charged both fully and it is still not working. Any suggestions.
Sorry to hear about this, @MGCmahwah! It is very unusual to hear of just one light not working, and so suddenly after installation. Great call on charging the batteries. The next best step will be to reset your Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
