Light not spinning

New setup. I’ve pressed orange button and light is not spinning on bell. Says unable to join network. Please help

Hi @BJP. Have you ensured you have the battery or the device charged prior to setting it up? Ensure you have charged the device or battery for the device for about 8 hours, and then press the setup button once to see if you can get it into setup mode. In the event that the device is still not entering setup, please press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds to reset the device. After some time, press the setup button again. If it starts to spin, you should be able to set up the device in the app from there! :slight_smile:
