Last Ring video won't playback without restarting app on mac

Lately, my Ring Pro doorbell posts all of the motion and doorbell alerts fine. However, the last motion video will not play from the motion alert list without quiting the Ring app on my macbook pro and restarting it. Then all the videos play fine except for the latest ones. Then have to restart the app.

Tried logging out and in again, restarting the mavbook pro, rebooted the router.

These videos all play fine on my iPhone.

any suggestions?

Hi @Zigfeld. To go a step further than logging in and out, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Ring app. This will ensure that you are running on the latest version and that it is fully integrated with your OS. I hope this helps!
