Keypad shows offline. It’s plugged in
Hi @Doopsx3! Please ensure the Keypad is within reasonable distance to your Base Station. Try also changing the armed mode using the Keypad to see if it will communicate as intended. If not, please power cycle the Keypad by simply removing the plug and plugging back in.
