My keypad become non-responisve intermittenly, recently the alarm went off, and keypad wouldnt accept the unarm code, I have to try about a dozen times before the alarm disarmed. I have noticed this happen a number of times, when I try to disarm via the keypad.
Any idea, why this is happening, my system was only purchased few weeks ago.
Hey @sicce! This should not be happening. The first best step here would be to ensure the Keypad is within signal range of the Base Station and not too far. Also, please charge the keypad to 100% for an optimal first use, if it is not already plugged in of course!
