Keypad (gen 2) is dead

I got a notification that the keypad (gen 2) went offline. The app says its not connected to the wifi but has a full battery charge. All other ring devices are online. The keypad will not respond to any button presses. When plugged into a power source, it doesn’t light up to charge or respond. I tried resetting through the pin hole, nothing happens. What else can I do to get this to power on? Help!

I’d recommend following up with our support team, as you’ve done the basic troubleshooting steps of resetting the Keypad and trying a different power outlet and the Keypad is still not responding.
