The keypad is new,I can not connect to the base station,no light ,no sound.
Hey @Alfredopm. Do you have the Keypad plugged in? Please ensure you have it plugged in for 8 hours and then try to set up the device, as it needs 8 hours to fully charge and may need to just charge up. If the device is still not powering up, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
